The seller actually sent me the rinse out conditioner and messaged me about the error. They promptly refunded me what was do and also will send me the leave in. I tried the rinse out conditiioner and it is BOMB! this is the first conditioner that has left my hair feeling baby soft after rinsing it out. I was shocked as I have 4c hair. I just took my twist out down and my hair still has the same softness I never get from other big name products. I am definitely a customer and I recommend this product. My hair also was easily detangles as well. I left it in for an hour as I was doing things around the house.

I love this. I use it when I’m further along in my stretch, during the colder months, and right before I get braids. It works wonders in my hair.

For reference, I have very dry, high-porosity, relaxed hair with 4C new growth that is very dense. At the time of purchase and receiving the combing cream I was 13 weeks post-relaxer, which is longer than I like between stretches. For years I have been looking for a product to help me detangle my new growth for prolonged stretches like this and I believe I’ve found it! The first time I applied it, I was in utter disbelief that my comb was able to glide through my new growth and relaxed hair. Another plus with this cream is the moisture. Usually I have to moisturize and seal my hair every day due to my dry hair soaking up the moisture so quickly. If I apply the cream on Sunday, I don’t have to reapply until Monday, maybe even Tuesday if I forget. Something I did notice is that it seems easier to apply this thick cream to wet hair over dry, which isn’t a problem for me. The only “con” is the scent; all I smell is the peach. Luckily enough the peach scent dissipates an hour or so after application. I heard about this cream through a relaxed hair group I follow and I’m so glad I purchased this. I would recommend this to every one who likes a thick detangling moisturizer, especially for air-dried hair. This may be too thick for flat-ironed/pressed hair in general. Thanks for a great product!
